How Cheapest Way to Fly Private works

We arrange private jet charter with the price in mind. Here is what we do, who flies you, what a quote includes and what to expect from request to landing.

What we do

Cheapest Way to Fly Private is an air charter broker. When you send a request, we look across certificated operators for aircraft that can fly your trip, compare how each one would get to you and what it would cost, and bring back the options that make the most sense, usually at more than one price point.

We don't own or operate aircraft. That is the point: we're free to choose the aircraft that fits your trip and your budget, rather than the one we need to keep busy.

How we keep the price down

  • Right-sized aircraft. We quote the smallest category that does the job well, with one step up for comparison.
  • Positioning first. We look for aircraft already near you or heading your way before anything else.
  • Empty legs when they fit. If a discounted repositioning flight matches your dates, you'll see it next to the regular options, with its conditions.
  • All-in totals. The quote includes the federal excise tax, segment fees and the operator's known costs, so you can compare like with like.

Standards we don't bend

Every flight is operated by a direct air carrier certificated under FAA Part 135, or the foreign equivalent outside the United States. The operator holds operational control: it is responsible for the aircraft, the crew and the decision to fly. We check an operator's certificate and safety audit status, such as ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO, before we put it in front of you, and we name it in your quote.

A cheaper option is only a good option if it is legal, well run and suited to the airports involved. When the cheapest option comes with a real compromise, such as a fuel stop, a tight connection or a runway that limits the load, we say so plainly.

What to expect

  1. Your request. Route, dates, passengers and any flexibility. No account, card or deposit.
  2. Your options. An advisor emails aircraft options with the operator, flight time and an all-in price for each, and answers your questions.
  3. Your booking. You choose, sign the charter agreement with the operating carrier's details, and pay as the agreement sets out.
  4. Your flight. Before the day, you receive the departure terminal, timings and anything you need for the trip. From then until landing, your advisor remains your single point of contact.

What we won't do

We won't ask you to join anything, buy hours in advance or pay to see a price. We won't publish prices that don't exist or promise availability we haven't confirmed. And we won't push a bigger aircraft than your trip needs.
