Who receives your request?

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Cheapest Way to Fly Private. Wherever this page says "we", it means that broker.

What do you keep?

Only what a quote needs. That means your name, email and phone number; the trip itself, so airports, dates, passenger count and your notes; and how you reached us, meaning the referring page and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source.

What is it used for?

Pricing and answering your request, and arranging the flight if you go ahead. Price drops and empty-leg deals go out only if you tick the offers box, and you can ask us to stop at any point.

Who else sees it?

The air carrier that would fly you, plus the small number of service providers we rely on to quote and book the trip. Your details are not sold, to anyone, ever.

How long is it kept?

For as long as we need it to look after your trip and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting rules. After that it is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you.

Can I see, fix or delete it?

Yes. Answer any message we've sent you, or leave us a note in the quote form, and say what you'd like to see, correct or remove.

Cookies and tracking

None beyond what the site strictly needs to work. There is no analytics and no advertising tracker on these pages.

Children

The site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly gather details from anyone under 16; a minor's travel details reach us only from a parent or guardian making the booking.

Updates

A revised policy will replace this one on the same page, with a fresh effective date at the bottom.
